The Smart Space Awards 2024 ceremony is part of the Smart Home Expo, India’s largest and only exhibition on Smart Home Technology, Home/Building Automation, and AV. The Smart Spaces Awards combine the concepts of Interior Design / Architecture and Smart Living, with the goal of rewarding outstanding achievement in the incorporation of smart technology into residential and commercial projects.
The Smart Space Awards 2024, presented in association with IIID Mumbai Regional Chapter, celebrate the fusion of interior design, architecture, and smart living. This prestigious ceremony recognizes outstanding achievements in integrating smart technology into residential and commercial projects.
We invite Interior Designers, Architects, and System Integrators to submit nominations in the Professional category, showcasing projects that demonstrate creativity, innovation, and the effective application of technology. Entries must align with the theme “Live Smart. Live Well.”

Any Interior Designer, Architect & System Integrator practicing in India is eligible to enter the Professional category in his/her name.
Ar. Khozema Chitalwala, a prominent name in the architectural fraternity for over three decades, established his firm, Designers Group in 1989. Graduated from Rachna Sansad in 1987, Ar. Khozema Chitalwala worked persistently on growing his firm within the hospitality industry. His works include interior design and architectural projects for hotels of all categories & brands. His humble & humane personality is the focal point of Mr. Chitalwala’s secret to success.
Architect Milind Pai is a B. Arch degree holder from Sir J.J. College of architecture and is currently the Chief Architect of the firm Milind Pai – Architects & Interior Designers, which is a well- established brand name in the profession of Architecture and Interior Design. Ever since the establishment of this firm in 1987, he has been constantly adding values and expertise to its think – tank. A perfectionist by nature and with an uncompromising flair for innovations, he has been constantly adding new milestones for this firm.
An Alumni of the prestigious Sir JJ College of Architecture, Santha is Director of Infinitti Design. Recognized for her work through thirty prestigious international and national awards over past years, the studio’s work has been displayed at museums and galleries in New York, Barcelona and Singapore. The essence of the studios is to address the fundamentals, without losing sight of context. No constraint is deemed one but just seen as an parameter of design. The approach has resulted in work that is true to client brief’s, the environment, the people and all the share holders of the project. The studios believe in intensive research to offer solution that are in line with current styles and requirements but can also adapt to the future.
